So all these people are noting the passage of a psychotic dictator who starved his own people to indulge his megalomaniacal and pointless military ambitions…

…and wishing that he “rest in peace?” That’s irony, right?

It seems awfully subtle if it is. Maybe my irony detector’s broken.
