Not at all. I love Omnifocus and I’m not concerned about who knows it!
It’s come a long way for reminders and what not, but when I got the first iPhone, it was nearly impossible to run a to-do list on it. So I quickly became an Omni devotee.
It really opened up for me once I got Vlingo and could speak messages into email. That got even easier with Siri taking over the press-and-hold home function.
And don’t get me started on Evernote. I use Omni for my work and home to-do list, but all my creative energy goes into the big green elephant. Any time I think of a tiny shred of a lyric or a slightly usable melody, in it goes. And Evernote gives you an email address that’s already linked to your account, so dictated emails are even easier there.
So that’s more than you wanted to know. I know it’s not for everyone, but these are some of the things that make me excited about technology.
